Q: Can I order by phone?
A: We do not accept orders
via telephone at this time.
Q: When will my credit card
be charged?
A: Your credit card will
be charged at the time that your order is shipped.
Q: What are the shipping costs
to the US?
A: Standard shipping for
the US (including Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii): One Item
$5.00 plus $1.00 for each additional item.
Q: What are the shipping costs
to Canada?
A: Standard shipping to
Canada is $7.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional
item.*
Q: What are the International
shipping costs to countries other than the US or Canada?
A: International orders
will be shipped via airmail. The first item is $20.00 plus $4.50
for each additional item.*

methods available?
A: Yes. We can ship UPS

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on
my purchase?
A: Taxes apply to Ohio
and international orders* only. Ohio Residents, please add 7.75%.
*You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local
customs office for further information. When you order from Object,
you are considered the importer of record and must comply with
all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving
the goods.
Q: Can I have my purchase shipped
to a P. O. box?
A: For Standard shipping
to the US or Canada, you may ship to a PO box.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If you live in the
US, after your order is processed, the shipping time will be:
Standard: 3

Delivery times will vary for International
shipments.
Q: What if an item that I have
ordered is not in stock?
A: If you purchased a
single item with a credit card and it is not in stock, the order
will be canceled. You will be notified that the order has been
canceled and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.
If you purchased multiple items with a credit card and some of
the items are not in stock, the order will be completed with the
available items and the charge to your credit card will be adjusted
accordingly. You will be notified when the unavailable items are
back in stock.
If you purchased a single item with a money order or bank check
and that item is not in stock, the order will be canceled and
the money order / bank check will be mailed back to you. You will
be notified when the item is back in stock.
If you purchased multiple items with a money order or a bank check
and some of the items are not in stock, the order will be filled
with the available items. A check in the amount equal to the balance
of the cost of the original order minus the cost of the shipped
order will be sent to you.
Q: What is Object's return
policy?
A: Returns must be made
within 30 days of the ship date of your order.
Any item in its original condition
may be returned for exchange only. Object will not issuerefunds.
Any damaged item or any item received as a result of Object's
error may be returned for exchange. In these cases, Object will
pay the shipping for the exchanged item. If your package arrives
damaged, please refuse the shipment. Object will reship your order
upon receipt.
Exchanges:
Object is only able to do an exchange for an item of equal or
greater value.
If the exchange is for an
item of equal value:
Credit Card Customers - Object will debit your credit card for
the shipping charges.
Money Order / Bank Check Customers-a money order / bank
checkmade out to "e;Object"e;for the shipping costs
must accompany the return.
If the exchanged item is
of greater value:
